Solution: 3-D Concrete Correction, Inc. To Install A.B. Chance New Construction Helical Anchors With Grouted Micro Piles. Anchors Specified To 50 Kip On 8' Center To Be Encased With Concrete Grade Beam.
Result: Met & Surpassed Load Requirements. Anchor Pass Through Debris & Substandard Soil. Time Saved Through Coordination With General Contractor.
